熊志华,男,博士,硕士生导师,二级教授。1996年进入江西科技师范大学工作,现为江西省光电子与通信重点实验室主任。研究领域为半导体光电子材料、器件和物理研究。兼任江西省物理学会常务理事,江西省光学学会常务理事,江西省半导体照明产业联盟常务理事。入选江西省高校中青年骨干教师、江西省高校中青年学科带头人、江西省青年科学家培养计划,中组部西部之光访问学者、江西省百千万人才工程人选和江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人。主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技部等国家级项目4项、江西省自然科学基金重点项目等省级课题10余项。在Phys.Rev.B, Scripta Mate., Nanoscale, J. Appl. Phys., Appl. Surf.
